As part of Scandic Spectrum, many hotel guests visit us on a daily basis, but walk-in guests also find their way to our tables to discover what our menu offers. We are living proof that simple ingredients and delicious flavors can easily be brought together. We experiment and improve the classics, whether it is our pizza, fish dishes, or desserts.
